California Prime Rib on the can.

Got a Costco tri tip.  Ya....  Fired up the can to around 300° or so.  Seasons my tri with some cow cover.  Had a couple Yukon gold potatoes that I cut up into wedges.  Just picked some squash from the garden five minutes ago.  Potatoes and squash were seasons with S,P & G.  Everyone in the pool.  Tri tip was outstanding.  Love grill veges.  Tomatoes were picked also from the garden right before there were sliced.  A lot of yummiest all the way around.

I'm trying too eat a lot more veges thanks to the pep talk Geno gave me.  Diabetes can't win.  I can.

Picture perfect dinner, Sparky! Besides TriTip, what else have you cooked in the can?
