Low Carb BLT's & Corporal Klinger Tony Packo Pickles

We usually cook things that would make a mess on the stove on the side-burner of the Weber.  That thing gets a workout year round for bacon & sausage as well as stir fry and doing reverse sear on steaks in cast iron.
Great time of the year for BLT's, no bread, just those Flat Out brand low carb wraps.  Actually preferred those to bread as they let the flavors of the BLT shine through.

WOW   Congratulations!  46 lbs in less than 3 months is incredible.  What's your total goal?

You are so right, low carb is a great diet option.  Had grilled salmon with bacon topped with cream cheese for breakfast!

You know, I love my bread, so I've actually never tried a BLT on flat bread.
That looks so good I'm gonna pick up some flat bread & make some.

Love that idea.  Going to give it a shot.  It sure looks great!

Agree on cooking bacon and sausage outside.  I use the pellet grill for all bacon and sausage cooks too.

thanks everyone.  here are the wraps I use.  Only 90 calories per wrap, 6 net carbs.  these are pretty good and a nice size.  One is plenty for a sandwich instead of two slices of bread.  the bread I normally use is 240 calories for two slices and close to 40 carbs.
I actually like these better than bread!
