Everything made it fine thru Irma, we did move to the eats about 1" but no biggie. Some small trees and branches down, no units damaged. I heard a tornado passed the resort to the west about 1/2 mile.

Thanks for the plug, the casings are pre-stuck, so hopefully they will reduce any air pockets in the sausage.
Also, they are high adhesion, which makes them tolerate higher or less consistent cook temps without coming loose and greasing out.
There are conventional fibrous casings and not the UMAi Dry casings, we offer them only on Amazon:
