Canadian Cowboy T-Bones

Had a couple of T-bones to cook, used some Montreal Steak Seasoning along with some of the Spiceologist Cowboy rub.....great combination.
One of the challenges I have in cooking steaks is that BamaPat likes hers medium well to well and BamaBob like his medium rare to medium.  So I tried standing them on end to start out with the filet side, (BamaPat's side) toward the heat.  Worked out pretty good.

Sometimes you have to go in a circle to reach your destination.

So, not only does she like her steak over done, she like the filet side over done.

She is one lucky BamaBabe ! ! !

Your side looks perfect !
