YOU...can make this! Come on T.G...... Dive into curing your own. We have LOTS of posts in the meat curing section. You likely know a butcher that can get you the cut of lamb you need.....Time to try something new. And - it will not require you to get a new grill!
BBQ is neither verb or noun. It is an experience.
Fine Swine and Bovine BBQ Team - Home of squeal and veal!
Beer, Butter and Bacon make everything better.

Heard of it, never tried it.  Lamb ribs are awesome ... must be my Greek heritage.  I hope you make some ... and if you do, let me know where you source the lamb belly.

 :D :D :D

We are here to help you be successful. LOTS of experience bacon-makers here....(uh...that did not sound....nevermind...) and you will never want to buy bacon again once you have made your own. The flavor is SO much better. You can control what is in your food. You can make gourmet quality bacon...for LESS than you can buy production quality bacon.
What's not to like? ;) ;D
