I don't know where to post a cook where you smoke on a grill...does it count as a smoker or does it count as a grill :o.....oh well here we go!!
Grabbed some bone in rib roasts from Fresh and Easy and saved 19 bucks with my friends card and a 10.00 coupon. Can't use the Cookshack yet because my lady is pissed at me for getting it. Hey is it my fault my company let me cash out my vacation?? 8)  I am really starting to enjoy this Quality Grill!!
Set up the Quality Grill for indirect cooking with some apple wood. Rubbed the roasts down with Pappys prime rib rub.
Pulled em at 130 and let em rest. I am now gonna have a stogie and sleep for about 11 hours ;D

Looks fantastic.  Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.  I don't get to cook my prime rib for a couple more days.  Can't wait!
