Grilled Pork chops
« Reply #-1 on: December 26, 2011, 08:13:05 PM »
Well, last outdoor cooking day for me cause I am back to the salt mines tomorrow. I indirect cooked all this weekend and I felt like grilling (must be the California in me) 8) I am gonna wear out this Quality Grill, best charcoal pit I have ever owned!!
Grabbed a bunch of asst chops and went with an old friend of a rub that I used to use when I started out grilling.

Poke Chop- from the sub-suburban dictionary: 1. a sudden swing with a hatchet toward an object that has erringly jabbed said hatchet holder in the "hoo-hah" spot of his anatomy whilst bending over. or 2. a sudden and somewhat confused attempt by intoxicated individual(s) to emulate Mike Tyson and Jackie Chan - simultaneously. Most often resulting in a major league @$$ whoopin'.

Smokea,  Good job as always.  That brings up a good question...what is the best cut of pork chop to grill: loin, rib, center?  Dee
This post may contain misspellings, grammatical errors, disorganized sentence structure, misquotes, and lack a coherent theme.  These elements are natural to the process of writing, and will only add to the beauty of the post.

I would venture a guess Dee and say loin. I always buy the assorted chops because they are cheaper in price.
