First Pork Butt in my Triple Chef Smoker
« Reply #-1 on: January 26, 2013, 11:58:28 PM »
Well, I finally got the time to do a butt in the Triple Chef Smoker.  This was a 4.5 lb butt and I used CYM and my comp rub so I could judge it against my SRG butts.
First I got the TCS up and smoking

Droped the butt in

and 7 hrs and 40 mins later this is what came out

Very very good I'd say a home run!!!!

Was the police officer there to protect you from hungry neighbors or just to snag some for him/herself?

Tommy,
You definitely hit a home run with that cook!!  I'll bet it tasted every bit as good as it looked.
