ok, don't get the wrong idea.  my mak 1 star is serial #69.  i got some goodies from a friend of my on the forum.  got me some NC honey.  ya, ya, ya.

i got a whole quart.  can you see the big smile on my face.  well, its there.   :D

whatever should we do w/ the honey.  oh ya.  i got some of this too.

loveless café peach rub.  oh ya.  I've been wanted to try this.

oh, i'm making ribs if you haven't figured it out yet.

onto #69 for some smoke love.

looking good cisco.

look at the color on the peach ribs.  oh my.  those are excellent.

a little FL for my babies.

nice color dude.

added some pineapple jalapeno jelly on the dry ones.

all done.  ppl in the house are hungry.  when are these damn kids and their friends getting the h#ll out of my house.

the peach ribs were for my wife and i.  my kids and their friends complained.  i told them if they wanted some of the peach ribs they could go outside and we could discuss it.  no takers.

just a great rib cook.  thanks buddy for sending me the honey, peach rub and elk sausage (yeap, i got elk sausage too).

Awesome looking ribs Sparky!! I raised honey bee's for awhile. This picture is a day I let my brother wear my bee suit and I took the junk hat but used the good gloves. Well I got stung four times that day in the arm pit but got lots of honey :) That was twelve years ago.

Those peach ribs with the NC honey do look good!!  Just like we have come to expect.  I will be buying more peach rub the next time I go to Loveless Café.  Great stuff!

Glad you enjoyed the elk SS, too.

Aside from being just a cool place, they have outstanding fried chicken.  Go if you are anywhere near.

You are never gonna get the kids and their friends out of the house if you keep cooking like that. Heck, I am thinking about moving in myself.
