Perfect Mix Spares Ribs

Finally got to do some outside cooking at the house. For some spares and I St. Louis them up. Put these in my Traeger with some cookingpellets.com Perfect Mix Pellets. THEY IS GOOD!! Went 3-2-.75 on'em

I have taken to cutting up spares myself but still need more practice.

I thought I have used every spice in the Lone Star State but I have not tried Zachs yet.....yet........

No, I don't like to. But my kids and wife like them that way. ( assumed you meant fall of the none).

I thought I have used every spice in the Lone Star State but I have not tried Zachs yet.....yet........
Pretty much all I use besides Head Country. Zack's is made about 45 minutes from where I live.

Sorry, I meant do you cook the meat you cut off the ribs :) Fall off is kind of a carpenters term, when you cut a board and the piece that is waste is called fall off

Oh, in that case I'll call it the cut off. ;). Yes I do but today I saved it for later when I fire up the PBC. The pack I got had 3 racks but I only did 2 of them.
