Back to Chacoal
« Reply #-1 on: February 03, 2012, 02:41:24 PM »
Been grilling on my gasser, but the days are getting longer & we've had a lot of days over 70F, so I'm starting back with charcoal earlier than normal.
Been cooking mainly on my CB-740X, it's a GREAT charcoal grill for 2-4 , about midway in size between an 18 in & 22 in kettle.
I've  cooked chicken, butts, steaks, burgers etc on it!

Wow does that look good.  I'm a sucker for a nice caramelization like that!
