Pork Tenderloin and Taters.
« Reply #-1 on: August 17, 2013, 07:12:17 PM »
Fired up the Weber kettle and added my new 6 inch tube with Milts awesome Rosemary apricot pellets. I could actually smell it.....more importantly I could taste it. My wife said my tasters are dead.....I care to disagree.

Basted the tenderloins with a concoction of molasses, fig flavored balsamic vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar. I basically just keep looking around my kitchen to add things I like.

The flavor from the charcoal, smoke, and the baste was fantastic. I love beef, but pork tenderloin I think can be even better. Thank you piggies.

Fork tender and juicy.....and didn't even brine this time.

Thanks to Costco for the easy taters
