60 Day dry aged steak
« Reply #-1 on: August 25, 2013, 08:07:29 PM »
So after seeing all the great posts about dry aged steaks.. I figured I needed to try one!

Rubbed with only a little BPS Money..

After 30 mins in the warmer/ smoker box..

Some shrooms in the cast iron as the Mak gets up to high...

4 mins a side..

Plated up..

Wow.. I can't believe I waited this long to try dry aged steaks! I don't think I will be able to eat it any other way!

Reminds me that it has been a long time since I have had a really good steak.
