I made a cold smoker
« Reply #-1 on: December 01, 2011, 11:49:23 AM »
I made a cold smoker out of an Old steel belted Coleman cooler. I added a smoke daddy 8" by drilling a hole in the side of the box. Then I drilled an 1 1/2" hole in the top for a vent...then covered the hole with a slice of apple wood, because that was what I had that fit at the time. I jsut put 1 screw int o it so I could slide it around. Works Great.
Couldn't find any more, but I have pics of it being made.
