It's this time again ,end of the year.
and we did our annually Spit braai for our employees .
it was a great day.

Second, that was one huge lamb
Third, that sprayer looked like way too much fun!

The results look beyond awesome. Looks like a tremendous feast.

Ahron - I know you may have posted it before….but would you mind linking this post to the recipe for your injection and your sprayed on glaze?  ( It was so beautiful and shiny it looked like a brown tinted metallic automotive clear coat! :D )

Ahron your feast looked tremendous! Just a beautiful looking lamb, great color, I can almost taste it just by looking!
