I did some short ribs on my new GMG . (it is a great buy )
few short ribs with my  BBQ sauce . 2 hours on 220 . I applied the sauce , 1 hour at 450 .
made a salad of mixed greens , pine nuts, parmesan cheese .
it was a great supper.


now we wait .

That is an interesting cut.  They are flanken style but cut much thicker than that cut in the U.S.
