Got home after work and i don't know what to eat .
i will look at the forum for an idea .
i got it from Don (pizza brats ) i know i got some smoked brats in the freezer .quickly defrost , on the grill .
some good mash ,sour craut ,and a hot mustard .

you cane scotch brats only if they are smoked or cooked you can't do it with fresh ones .

I was just thinking since the cold front came through I wouldn't fife up the Grid Iron today. Then I read this post and it looks like burgers & brats for lunch!
