Blaz'n Grill Works Grid Iron came thru again
« Reply #-1 on: March 29, 2014, 07:09:36 PM »
My first pork tenderloin. It weighed 7.5 pounds. I put Bone Sucking Sauce Rub, Mrs. Dash, Garlic powder & pepper on it. Smoked it 3 hours with oak & hickory pellets then turned the Grid Iron up to 300 degrees for 5 hours. Internal temp was 180 degrees & I didn't even let it rest before sampling! Delicious! The Grid Iron made me proud again!

Looks good and nice color!!! If I do loins to 180 IT they are too dry for me, especially if I don't brine first. I have been doing mine to 150 to 155 IT. But if it was good keep doing it like you want. Don
