Bradley Smoked Double Mohunken Pork Butts
« Reply #-1 on: December 03, 2011, 12:06:01 AM »
I got a couple 7lb boneless butts from Costco. I slathered them with CYM and then applied Savannah Smoker's Mohunken Pork Rub. They spent a couple days in the fridge before I had a chance to smoke them. I put them in at 10:30pm last night. I gave them 5 hours of hickory smoke and a hour of Jim Beam Oak. Convection was on and PID was set to 225F. They finally finished up at 3:00 PM with a IT of 200F and 197F. I then poured some apple juice on them and tightly foiled. They are in FTC right now for a couple of hours ;D

All finished with FTC and now pulled. It is fantastic! Had great bark and great flavor! ;D

I love the Bear Claws. Get em from Amazon if you do. They are usually discounted to $9.00 on there...
