Well tonight was my daughter's graduation party. The party is mostly over With the exception of a few teens taking inventory of my beer fridge
So this was the most PP I have cooked to date. It was crazy moist, flavorful, with nice smoke. I was cleaned out with rave reviews.....and a few offers for catering.
