40 pounds of pulled pork
« Reply #-1 on: June 14, 2014, 01:13:01 AM »
Well tonight was my daughter's graduation party. The party is mostly over With the exception of a few teens taking inventory of my beer fridge ???

So this was the most PP I have cooked to date. It was crazy moist, flavorful, with nice smoke. I was cleaned out with rave reviews.....and a few offers for catering.

Special tip of the cap to Tenthunter for all his advice, tips, and expertise with large group cooking. Very much appreciated. Why I love our forum!
