Found a 6 lb small butt and got it ready for the PBC. Cooked on the grate using Royal Oak briquettes. I wanted to get the temps down so did as others and went to Home Depot to buy a $1.97 package of 6 one inch diameter magnets to cover the rebar holes. Eventually found the optimum magnet placement and got the temp to range from 240 to 260 which is fine. I usually spritz with apple juice but this time applied a coconut-pineapple water mix. Finished earlier (4.5 hours) so I let it hang out in a cooler until dinner. It tastes just as good as when using my PK Grill but more much less time. As usual I only lit about 20 coals and filled the coal basket 3/4. To shut the PBC down I covered the rebar holes completely with the magnets and stuffed some foil in the intake hole. It cooled down really fast. And about 2/3 of the coals were untouched so they will be used for the next cook
