Some Salt Lick Ribs
« Reply #-1 on: June 23, 2016, 06:49:59 PM »
I put the Barrel Aged sauce I got from Salt Lick to good use tonight. These ribs were insanely juicy, gotta love when you take a bite and juice rolls down your chin...

Nice looking bones!  What's the verdict on the sauce?

The sauce is really good, I don't prefer a mustard base sauce for ribs so I'll be using the rest on pulled pork this weekend where I think it will shine. Once the sauce is on the ribs, you lose the hint of the whiskey barrel aging. I think it will come through better on a pulled pork sandwich
