Mine is out for delivery...whole chicken & pork butt for first cook?

I think that's my plan. Probably within two hours of it getting here ill have it fired up. Anxious to try the chicken everyone raves about and have the pork butt for later. Thoughts?

Welcome to the forum Paul...

Pretty exciting waiting for the PBC to be delivered and anticipating the first cook.  I think chicken is the way to go on that first cook - pretty easy and not a heartbreak if it doesn't turn out.
