Good write up in by Steven R. @ BBQ Bible ... You can see the progression of cooking methods and ideas (including vegetables such as corn , sweet potatoes , etc. )

I signed up--been wanting one BUT the only way I can get another cooker is to win it.   Would lose my happy home, possibly my life,  if I bought another one!
