Title: Smoked Avocado

I like mine semi-firm. Split in half, remove nut, remove meat and mix with salt and pepper to taste, then add in a tablespoon of lemon juice.
Put it back in skin halves and put on grill at 200.
If you want more smoke flavor use our 100% Hickory pellets and after 15 minutes remix meat in each half. Let smoke another 15 minutes.
Do this a total of 4 times or until it gets warmed through and is at your smoke taste level.
Remove and put a few big pieces of blue cheese on top and dig in!
