Hey Chris,

Thanks for sharing your videos! I really like your enthusiasm and your honesty - they both come through very clear! I also enjoy your recipe for your rub - sounds interesting. My only suggestion - maybe get a lavaliere or shotgun microphone - hard to hear you, even at full volume.

Look forward to more!

Agree with everything David said. Good audio is 90% of a good video.

I agree with both of them. Great video. Do they make those types of microphones for the Go Pro? I believe that
is what you said you filmed it with.

Yes, Go Pro has a mic adapter - http://gopro.com/camera-accessories/3-5mm-mic-adapter - I use it and works great. It should work on all the Go Pro knock-offs as well.

The internal Go Pro mic works quite well when you are filming yourself. But if you have someone else film you or set it on a tripod, it is too much for the internal mic and you need something external. You can take virtually any microphone (within reason) and step it down to the 3.5 adaptor.

It supports a 3.5mm stereo mic adapter. you can obtain a decent lavalier mic with 20 feet of cable for about $20. Can't remember the brand, but I did take a note, and if pressured, will go look it up in my notes. Just read about it the other day.

That's  an 1/8" phone plug for you old timers.

If you want to go wireless this was my first wireless lavaliere mic -
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/3656-REG/Azden_WLX_PRO_WLX_Pro_Wireless_Lavalier.html -
it worked well for simple talking heads interviews and recording myself. There are of course many better, but this is not a bad starting point.

Can you post the recipe?  I couldn't hear it. Thanks.  Dee
