New Electric Smoker
« Reply #-1 on: December 04, 2015, 09:17:16 PM »
Smokin-it has announced, through their forum, upgraded electric smokers with fully integrated digital controls. With the controller mounted in a housing nearly identical to that used on Cookshack, they sort of resemble the Cookshack line of smokers, except for the price.  The SI line of smokers has enjoyed a fine reputation for quality of workmanship and performing all smoking tasks without any hassle. And now integrated digital at a decent price.  Time will tell.

I guess the picky people will want the new and improved controller, I don't think it's needed, got a Smokin-it#2 last year and have had no problems, I did upgrade to the 800w element, best way to use this cooker, turn it on and leave it to do its thing IMO
