My First Food Post - Brisket!
« Reply #-1 on: March 17, 2016, 03:42:55 PM »
Hi Folks, I belong to other BBQ forums, used to be an Admin of one until I resigned due to some drama that I didn't need. You can find me around if you look hard enough ;)

Since I am new here, I figured I'd post a few of my "Greatest Hits" just to show what I'm about and the equipment I use. Since we're in the "Electric Smoker" forum, let me show you my last packer brisket I did on my Smokin-It #3 for starters. I look forward to reading through the countless pages on this forum and I fully expect to learn a trick or two. If I can be of any help to anyone, don't hesitate to ask, that's what I am here for! I love to talk BBQ like the rest of ya ;)

This was done for my bride for Valentine's Day. She LOVES brisket. I made up a vinegar slaw, some hand cut fries and some Brunswick Stew. Shot too nabby if I say so myself.
