Here's another welcome from North Carolina  ;D  Your company makes great cookers but you've also got some great competitors, too.  The choices in pellet cookers have never been better and lots of folks are considering one.  Many get misinformed so those of us who are old pelletheads hang around and help them out all we can.  Glad to have you aboard!

Welcome from Albany, NY!  Just completed my 3rd cook on my new Rec Tec and absolutely love the pellet grill!  Probably has to do with the fact that my profession is in building automation writing control loops and such.  Love the PID technology!  Food has been turning out awesome as well.  A win, win!
