Maple Bourbon Glazed beef back ribs on the MAK
« Reply #-1 on: May 16, 2017, 12:28:52 AM »
Was able to take the day off today...and a weekday off means there's gonna be smoke rollin'. Today's lunch protein consisted of maple bourbon glazed beef back ribs. Man, they were more like meat candy....soooooo good! :)

MAK 2 Star #3236, Weber 26.75" kettle, 36" Blackstone griddle, 17" Blackstone griddle.

Awesome cook RW. If MAK needs a new advertising piece your pics would do nicely. Of course maple bourbon glaze had me sold before I even looked at the end result.
