Hello from the BBQ capitol of the world: Philadelphia
« Reply #-1 on: August 05, 2017, 09:35:44 AM »
Thank you for allowing me to join.  Sadly, Philadelphia is a weak BBQ town.  There are no more then 5 places that are worth the trouble.  I love to BBQ, grill and smoke.  I have a very nice Weber grill and an under used Bradley Smoker.  I am looking for tips, recipes and help.

If you can't find the right BBQ place, you'll just have to cook the stuff yourself.  And this forum is a great place to get tips.  Welcome for northern Illinois.

Welcome!  Learning to be a good barbecue cook yourself makes it portable  ;D.  Philly has some great eateries but sometimes you need a barbecue fix.  Hang with us and "roll your own".  We love to chat, share, and show outdoor grub.

Welcome from a former So. Philly boy (21st & Passyunk).

With a little luck & some trial & error, you'll have much better shot at getting some pretty d@mn good cue than I will of finding anything close to a Nick's Roast Beef down here in Charlotte ! ! !
