How'd you cook those ribs?
They look mighty good.
225 for both in the DC (the little pellet pooper) racked and grated.  Mustard binder and a little lit of a semi-sweet pork rub for both type.  About 15 minutes rest once they were toothpick tender after about 3 hours.
