I have a DVD that I now send with the stuffers. It is a little long for a down load. I could send you one but the other option is I am going to make a little shorter video to cut down the download file size. I will have something ready soon.

Kirby - you may want to consider  chapters or sections of the video - and post it to You Tube as your host - then post the links here and they will appear here on LTBBQ.

Here are a couple of videos that I have posted on YouTube.

Here is a video of my friend and I using my 30# Kirby cannon to make summer sausage and German Frankfurters. This is a video using the foot control system that I have designed. I provide the links to the parts and will help anyone that is interested in making their own food control system. The stuffers work fine with the manual control but some like the foot control system.

Here is another video of making German frankfurters with the manual control system. A second video is of making summer sausage.

Now for a few instructional videos
The first is how to install the piston into the 4 inch 15# stuffer. I kind of take my time as I am trying to make a video of the process. It only takes me a couple of minutes to have the stuffer ready to go to work when I am not trying to make a video.

This is how you load the meat into the stuffer.

Now using the stuffer.

Now here is a video that shows the process of cleaning the stuffer. Again it only takes a few minutes to clean the stuffer.

This will give you some things to look at for a while.

here is a picture of the 12# stuffer.

Here is the 30# stuffer.

I have improved the control valve design since I took these pictures.
