What to do with leftover brisket.(Part II)
« Reply #-1 on: December 17, 2017, 07:44:05 PM »
For dinner I didn't want another sandwich. So I decided to make burnt ends, or probably more correct to say burnt chunks of brisket.
Here they are ready to go into the RecTec.

Done and plated with a side of pasta

Another great meal from this brisket. Next I think I'll cut it up and make stew as the weather is turning chilly.
