Been doing this recipe for years fried and grilled but ow I found a better way.  Air fryer seems to be the best way :thumbup:

No smoking up the kitchen oil burnt smell or taste

The steak breading for this cook was  50/50 Almond flour and Parmesan cheese with a (1/2 cup each) 1 Tbs parsley and 0ne tsp salt .  I used an egg bath to coat the steak with first then I coated with the flour mixture. 

Cooked on 340 for 7 mins then flipped and 2 more mins on the other side to crisp up.

Normally I use Italian bread crumbs but they are way to high in carbs

I have some elk cubed steak that I will give a try in my air fryer tonight for dinner.
