Backed Potato & Snausage & left over chicken caesar salad

Did a baked potato @ 400 for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes added my sausage for another 10 minutes. Potato IT was 210F which is the perfect temp for a great baked potato. Sausage was a tad crisp but tasted excellent.
Left over chicken from yesterdays cook into the caesar salad and dinner was on.
And just for Tenthunter I found a different plate the X-wife left behind LOL

It looks great!  I don't mind sausages with crispy skin.
