Brisket and Burnt Ends
« Reply #-1 on: October 04, 2016, 11:28:15 AM »
Found a nice 14.5 lb Brisket and it came out very nice.  Took about 6 hours on the PBC (earlier than I thought) so let it hang out in the cooler until dinner time.  I never tried burnt ends so I took some of the leftovers the next day, sprinkled some Memphis Dust and Sweet Baby Ray's and popped them in the oven or about 45 minutes.  It was delicious and I will definitely do this again next time.

That looks great and I for one am surprised by the smoke ring induce by the PBC.
Looks as good as 15 hours at 215 or nitrates :) added.
