What is everyone cooking first in 2017?

I got a chicken on the PBC now. Going to add a trip tip and rack of lamb in 45 minutes...

Did a Pork Crown Roast.  Started late and was under pressure to get the meal going so the initial slices were a little undone. So I placed them on the grill for a few minutes and they were delicious.  Added another dimension to the flavor which I think I will do again in the future
