Uuni chops
« Reply #-1 on: September 01, 2014, 07:32:29 PM »
Made a couple of seared pork chops tonight in my Uuni 2. They were done in about 5 minutes

Here they are seasoned with hickory smoked salt...

Into the Uuni 2 they go...

All done...

Plated with crab salad and cheese bread made in the Uuni 2...

There was some great smokey flavor in those chops!
