So you want less humor, huh?  ;D
You want more cooking, huh?  ;D
Now you will get more of The Smokes cooking pics  :D    Be careful what ya wish for!!  :D :D

Do you see how I am blending humor with cooking  ;)

I have never done a Smash burger before so I set out to make em last night, but Wendy informed me we had no hamburger buns.
Patty melts it is then.

I rolled the burgers up into 3 oz balls and seasoned em

Fired up the Blackstone and grilled the rolled balls about a minute on each side

Used some wax paper under my burger press......I should have smashed em a bit harder  :-[

Still some pretty good eats

Nothing funny about that cook!!  Looks great.  Now I am hungry.  Need to raid the refrigerator.  A beer and some kind of protein.

Oh... wrong section....

I like that - I really like the "buns"! Can't beat the Blackstone for smash burgers and you made it proud!

We always seem to be out of hamburger buns when I want to do burgers. Around here little trips to the market can take an hour or more......... :o
