Potatoes in the Big Easy ?

Anyone ever make potatoes in there Big Easy? I would love to get some help on this please should I dice or just leave them hole? How long

Oh man! Whole spuds in the Big easy is my favorite! I like to par cook in the microwave about 2 minutes then I coat with olive oil and coarse salt and put in the basket and cook for 30 to 45 minutes on medium. Best potatoes ever!

the SRG makes the best baked potatoes. I butter the skin and cover with seasoning. Cook on high until potatoes passes fork test. Takes about 20 -30 minutes depending on the potato so check often. (Baked sweet potatoes are amazing on the SRG.)

You will love the potatos in the SRG, like others I butter and salt them before they go in the basket. On the other hand if you love the potatoes wait until you try doing sweet potatoes the same way. When they're done just cut them open, add some butter and your taste buds will love you.

The Big Easy makes the best potatoes. ...bar none!
Take several large bakers, (leftovers are good for twice-baked or great breakfast potatoes) scrub them good. Air dry. When thoroughly dry, oil them up with plenty of olive oil, then shake on plenty of kosher salt. Throw in TBE basket and cook to IT of 205F. None better!  :thumbup:
