Second cook on the Blackstone griddle
« Reply #-1 on: February 19, 2017, 12:04:08 PM »
Decided to make some breakfast.

Here are the players- eggs, bacon, hash browns, peppers & onions, and ingredients for mimosas. The cheese was late and didn't make the class picture.

The items starting to cook.

Added the omelets to the griddle. Looks like the bacon is trying to make an escape.

The finished product.

Turned out great. I still have to work on my timing as I left the bacon on a little too long and it was a little crisper then I intended.
Tom's fix for the grease drainage (the 90* elbow) worked great.
I see this getting a lot of use in the future.
Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.
