Low carb snack

Kimmie asked if I ever heard of keto pork rind puppy chow.   I said no but what is it?

It's coco and peanut butter coated pork rinds she said.      So I looked it up on the inter web  thingy and this is what I came up with.

*  Bag of rinds 3.5 oz in size

*  1/2 cup of all natural peanut butter

*  1/4 cup of coconut oil

*  12 drops of liquid Stevia

*  4 Tbsp butter

*  3 Tbsp unsweetnend cocoa powder

*  1/8 tsp of Vanilla Extract

Combined all ingredients and melt to a liquid, pour pork rinds into a one gal size plastic bag then pour the mixture over the rinds, mix well so the rinds are coated well.    Place in fridge for 30 min's to 1 hr then enjoy

Tommy, I will have to respectfully pass on this one.
I like pork rinds and I love chocolate and peanut butter but....I absolutely detest anything with peanut butter AND chocolate! :-\  Go figure?

Tommy, this is on my list, as soon as I either find some no-sugar-added peanut butter, or just make some myself!

On my list too! Instead of the store bought peanut butter I think I will get some raw peanuts and make my own in my Vitamix.  I made some almond butter a couple weeks ago and it is great!
