Just curious but your shrimp were fairly white pre-marinade. Were they pre-cooked?

Turned out great, I believe the marinade had a lot to do with it. It was kinda of a last minute thing had chicken all set them the wife reminded me that it was Ash Wednesday and our guests for dinner wouldn't eat meat.

That is my latest toy & I am always trying to think of different things to try on it.
