Grilled Sausage and Meatballs
« Reply #-1 on: March 28, 2017, 06:23:40 PM »
I have had a Cook Air for over a year now and love it. It is very portable and great for taking camping or on a picnic. I don't own a gasser anymore so it also works great when I want to do a quick grill without having to fire up the Kamado. Today I wanted to grill up some sausage and Meatballs to use tonight for a pasta dish. The total time from starting the fire to cleaning the cook air was 23 minutes.

They say the fire can get over 1000 degrees in just a couple minutes. I believe it. Sears a steak like no other portable grill I have ever seen.

I thought about Cook-Air burgers tonight, but went with charcoal instead. It is a searing machine
