Smoked a Fatty
« Reply #-1 on: April 07, 2017, 06:59:13 PM »
Been decades since I smoked a fatty. This time I decided on one made from food. First time for me. Came out pretty good I think. I only put some Mexican cheese, diced onions and spinach for the filling. Next time I hope to get the roll a little tighter and use some thinner bacon.

I feel like it could be a deadly combo smoking both fatties. I would end up eating the whole thing. :P
