Marinated a tri tip and threw it on the Pit  Boss. Turned out juicy and tender as all get out!

The pics didn't load on this computer.  What temps and times did you use?  I love tri tips when I can find them.

A properly cooked Tri Tip is darn near impossible to beat...and yours looks properly cooked my friend :-)

Smoked for 3 and half hours at around 180 degrees. Once the IT got to 125 I pulled it and tented with foil until the IT hit 135.
