Just tossed a few things on the SRG for a quick dinner.  Sausage, chicken with low carb sauce and almond breaded chicken

The almond breading came about because I can't use Italian bread crumbs anymore due to carbs.  Simple mix half almond flour and half Parmesan cheese with a little parsley mixed in.

On the grill dip in oil then dredge in flour mixture but if frying use a egg wash instead of oil

Does putting the pellets on the grill create extra smoke instead of using smoke box?

They sure do. Take another gander at the two first pictures.......those pellets are smoking nice.....:)

I used to use pellets the same way on a gas grill years ago. Nice clean smoke flavor.
