Kicking it old school
« Reply #-1 on: February 11, 2018, 06:43:03 PM »
So one big thing I learned from this forum is it’s easier to beg forgiveness then ask permission. Stopped at the local bbq store to get some pellets and lump and they had this beauty on sale.

After catching crap from the wife I seasoned her up. Next put on some back ribs and jalapeño poppers

Tonight I did some reverse seared rib eyes

I gotta say.. I’m hooked on this Weber! So easy to use and control temps, I see a BGE for sale in the near future.

Scallywag, is that YOU.

With food like that it must be.  Been missing you. Don't know whether it's you or me, but glad to see you again - especially with a setup like that.

You have the touch, sir.

That grill is a beauty as well as those cooks.  Sometimes the best way to get forgiveness from your lady is to cook some good meals.  Congratulations.
