Crab Cake for Lunch

Frozen crab cake from COSTCO, Maryland style.  Side of creamed cauliflower topped with cheddar cheese, Mexican salsa, fresh tomato. Air fry the crab cake @ 350* about 10 min til slightly brown,no oil.  Side of mayo and wasabi mayo for spread.

This was good, I should have cooked two ???.

Great looking meal, I'm going to have to get crabcakes next visit to Costco.  thanks for the idea
Did the crab cakes have nice chunks of crab or were they mostly breading?

The amount of crab in the cake was fair, but no big chunks.
